Below you’ll see our real-time provisional list of reviewers. There is one column for each day of our program and on the left side, you will see there are three “BLOCKS” of reviews for each day. Each reviewer has scheduled between 5 and 6 review appointments in each Block.

Jessica Fuller BioJessica Fuller is an Associate Publisher with Rizzoli International Publications, Inc. For the last 20+ years, Jessica has been an acquisitions and project editor of various illustrated printed matter formats (books; calendars; undated planners; decks) for all three imprints under the Rizzoli umbrella: Rizzoli, Rizzoli Universe, and Rizzoli Electa. She has worked on a wide range of subjects, including architecture, exhibition-driven art books, photography, celebrity visual memoirs, comic books, street art, film-book tie-ins, and other pop cultural gift books. Jessica is also responsible for managing the recently rebranded Rizzoli Universe imprint with new licensing and acquisitions opportunities for visual arts- and pop culture–driven books. Some of our recent work includes campaigns for Chubbies Shorts, Axe, and GQ. Frank Meo BioFounder of thephotocloser.com, Frank advises and consulates with photographers from around the globe. His services include estimating and negotiating of behalf of photographers to ad agencies. For 25 years, Frank has represented photographers that include Pulitzer Prize winning photojournalists in securing highly valued commercial assignments. He has worked on hundreds of company photo libraries and campaigns for clients such as American Express, Acura Motor Sports, US Coast Guard Xerox, ESPN, Citi, Nike and others.
Kristine Schomaker BioKristine Schomaker (she/her) is a mentor, community organizer, curator and advocate for artists. In 2014 Kristine founded Shoebox Arts aimed at helping artists gain a presence in the art world and in 2024 she moved her artist support network organization to a nonprofit, January Arts. Kristine runs an alternative art space, Shoebox Projects at the Brewery in Los Angeles and is an Art Activator for the organization Artists Thrive. Her mission is to create community among artists and the art world in order to help each other thrive. Through social practice and engagement, Kristine is interested in using art and community, education and expression to cultivate change. Pamela Jean Tinnen BioPamela Jean Tinnen is a curator, art dealer and writer based in New York with 15+ years experience in public exhibitions, corporate collections and the commercial art market. She has worked for over a decade as a curator specializing in public-art at NYU, as well as for contemporary art galleries.
In 2023, Pamela founded High Priestess Project, a gallery-at-large participating in major art fairs and pop-ups. HPP’s program focuses on emerging to mid-career artists with exceptional talent and upmarket commercial appeal. Her artistic, academic and curatorial interests most often engage analog photography, noir-aesthetics, dark-tourism, and the semiotics of visual-culture.
Svetlana Bachevanova BioSvetlana Bachevanova is the executive director of the FotoEvidence Association in France and a co-founder of the acclaimed publishing house FotoEvidence Press (New York 2010). The books she and her team publish expose injustice, create enduring evidence of violations of human rights and inspire social change. Svetlana has worked with some of the most skilled and dedicated documentary photographers to publish their work, human stories recounting indisputable evidence of social injustice. In addition to managing the publication of books, the FotoEvidence exhibits she curated have been mounted around the world to promote change. Svetlana conceived the FotoEvidence Book Award and the W Award for women to support the work of photographers dedicated to the pursuit of human rights, publishing work that is unlikely to find commercial publication. Under her management FotoEvidence has occupied a unique space in the world of photojournalism as both a publishing house and activist organization. Juan Curto BioJuan Curto is the owner and director of the trend-setting and highly successful gallery, Camara Oscura, specializing in international contemporary photography. The gallery opened in 2007 and exhibits the work of emerging and mid-career artists, not only in the gallery but in the most reputed art fairs worldwide. Mr. Curto teaches marketing of art, and photography, at both the Universidad Nebrija and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, both in Madrid, Spain. Jon Feinstein BioJon Feinstein is a curator, and co-founder of Humble Arts Foundation. Feinstein has curated countless exhibitions over 15+ years at galleries and institutions including Photoville; Blue Sky Gallery, PDX; The Ogden Museum in New Orleans for PhotoNola; Glassbox and Photographic Center Northwest Seattle; Colorado Photographic Arts Center; and Barclays Arena in Brooklyn, NY for ArtBridge. Most recently, Jon is a recipient of the 2019 BlueSky Curatorial Prize. Ann Jastrab BioAnn M. Jastrab is the Executive Director at the Center for Photographic Art (CPA) in Carmel, California. CPA strives to advance photography through education, exhibition and publication. These regional traditions—including mastery of craft, the concept of mentorship, and dedication to the photographic arts—evolved out of CPA's predecessor, the renowned Friends of Photography established in 1967. Prior to CPA, Ann worked as the gallery director at RayKo Photo Center in San Francisco for 10 years until their closure. A champion of artists, she created thriving artist-in-residence programs at RayKo where multiple residents, received Guggenheim Fellowships. Ann was also the gallery manager at Scott Nichols Gallery in San Francisco where she incorporated contemporary artists with the legends photography. She is interested to see the work of emerging photographers Ashby Nickerson BioAshby Nickerson is the Gallery Director of Candela Books + Gallery in Richmond, Virginia. Established in 2010, Candela strives to elevate and support emerging and established contemporary photographers through exhibition programming and publication opportunities. Ashby joined the gallery in the fall of 2014 and has spent the last ten years programming exhibitions, writing for the gallery, and publishing catalogs. Reviewer Preferences: Ashby is interested in innovative conceptual work that pushes the medium's application with a focus on science, process, and politics. Laura Noble BioLaura Noble is the Director of both L A Noble Gallery (LANG) and FIX Photo Festival in London. She represents emerging and established artists and champions them through LANG exhibitions, festivals and museums in the UK and overseas. She curates both at LANG and independently at venues globally, working with organizations promoting the arts & residency programs.Her advice on professional practice and the art market is also keenly received at museums, universities and institutions globally. Daria Bonera BioBorn in Milan, after graduating in Fashion Marketing from St Martins School in London, Daria started working for Contrasto Photo Agency in Milano. In 2004 she moved to Grazia Neri’s Photo Agency, where she represented several international agencies and photographers and selected new photographers for the Agency. She started Daria Bonera agency in Milano where she represents selected documentary & fashion photographers as well as film directors, video makers for advertising, fashion and editorial projects. Daria is a nominator for the Prix Pictet and British Journal of Photography Ones To Watch awards. For nearly twenty years, Michael has been a leader in publishing both digital and print media. Along the way, Michael has written for the NYTimes Lens blog, Art Asia Pacific, Nueva Luz, Conscientious blog and the Forward. Over the last two decades Daylight has collaborated with hundreds of photographers both online and in print. If selected for the publication of a monograph, photographers may be asked to offset the production costs associated with publication through, for example, crowdfunding and soliciting tax-deductible donations. Rashida Morgan-Brown BioRashida Morgan-Brown is the Creative Director at Sway NY. Anna Alexander BioAnna Goldwater Alexander is Director of Photography of WIRED. She's been producing photo shoots and commissioning WIRED photographers for over twenty years. She has been the recipient of the National Magazine Awards General Excellence, Design and Photography by American Society of Magazine Editors. She was nominated as Photo Editor of the Year by the Lucie Foundation in 2021. Most recently, Anna received a National Magazine Award for producing the Best Profile Picture in 2023. Anna has also been awarded honors from the Society of Publication Design, American Photography, Art Directors Club and Communication Arts. Upon its inception, the gallery quickly evolved into the premier photography gallery in Houston and sits at the center of Gallery Row. Couturier reviews portfolios for top tier organizations and festivals, juries multiple shows a year, serves on the advisory council of Houston Center for Photography, and give lectures to artists and collectors alike on a myriad of subjects related to the field of fine art photography. Michelle Dunn Marsh BioMichelle Dunn Marsh believes that living with and reading visual books is essential to healthy living. She launched Minor Matters with Steve McIntyre, and they have been publishing art books in collaboration with the general public for over a decade. Editor or designer of over 100 publications prior to starting Minor Matters, she has also curated a number of significant museum exhibitions, and is the author of Seeing Being Seen: A Personal History of Photography. Natasha Ritsma BioNatasha Ritsma, director and curator at the Schingoethe Center at Aurora University, has an MA from the University of Illinois and a PhD from Indiana University. She has curated numerous photography exhibitions featuring both highly celebrated artists such as Jeffery Wolin and Steve Schapiro as well as emerging talent. Sherrie Berger BioSherrie Berger is a photography consultant with a background in photography, art, and business. She has extensive experience in entertainment, high-end celebrity portraiture, fine art photography, production, editing, marketing, curating and media relations. Sherrie consults privately with photographers, ranging from the presentation of their bodies of work to overall career trajectories. Her career began at ABC television where she led the network photo department, overseeing a team of photographers, publicists, producers and editors. Subsequently, working at one of the world’s leading international stock and syndication agencies, she continued her work with the industry’s most talented photographers. Andi Campognone BioAndi Campognone is the Museum Manager/Curator for the City of Lancaster, responsible for the development and maintenance of partnerships and community engagement initiatives with local artists, local businesses, Los Angeles County Arts Commission, Los Angeles County Supervisors office and higher level institutions. She develops curatorial direction for exhibition programming and educational programming and additionally she is directing the Museum accreditation process for MOAH.
She is also the Owner/Director of AC Projects, a private consulting organization focused on promoting arts and culture. Alexa Cushing BioAlexa Cushing is the director of Panopticon Gallery in Boston Massachusetts, a contemporary photography gallery showcasing both solo and group exhibitions from emerging to mid-career artists. Vanessa Hallett BioIn her nearly 19 years with Phillips, Vanessa Hallett has led the most senior and longest tenured global photographs team in the field to the forefront of the international market. Having joined Phillips in 2005, Vanessa’s leadership of the Photographs department has been defined by the successful introduction of emerging photographers to the secondary market, as well as historic sales for classic and contemporary photographer. She was named as one of Art + Auction's most powerful people in the art world. Vanessa serves as a member of the Getty Photographs Acquisition Council. She brings to her role at Phillips a deep understanding of the history and aesthetics of the medium and a high degree of connoisseurship. Melissa Keesor BioMelissa Castro Keesor is the Director of the Harvey Milk Photo Center. The Harvey Milk Photo Center has exhibits, classes, workshops, and lectures that are available to the public. Melissa is passionate about bringing dynamic, thoughtful and diverse photography to the exhibits at the Photo Center. She can offer exhibition opportunities as well as other support for artists. Trevett McCandliss BioTrevette McCandliss is co-creative director at McCandliss and Campbell, an editorial design team with Nancy Campbell based in New York and specializing in design & photography for fashion magazines. Laura Sackett BioLaura Sackett is the creative director and co-founder of LensCulture, one of the leading sites committed to discovering and promoting the best in the contemporary photography. She leads all aspects of design including strategy, brand, website, print, communications, screenings and exhibitions. Besides leading the creative direction for LensCulture, she also designs and co-curates LensCulture exhibitions and the online galleries. Todd Carey BioDuring his 16-year career at RPA, Todd Carey helped create integrated ad campaigns encompassing every form of media, including branded content and digital, for a variety of clients including Honda, Mandalay Bay, Blue Cross, Los Angeles Kings and the LA Marathon. Todd’s work has been recognized by the One Show, CA, Cannes Lions, One Show Entertainment and the TED Ads Worth Spreading Awards. Todd honed his creative leadership skills as a Creative Director on the Volkswagen brand at Deutsch in Los Angeles. During his four years at Deutsch, he created and produced integrated work for a wide range of national VW projects, including the VW Golf Alltrack launch, Jetta launch, VW People First Warranty launch, VW Atlas, Tiguan, Passat and more. Barbara Griffin BioAs Creative Director, Producer, and Photo Editor, Barbara's work ranges from photo shoot direction and production from exhibition curation to fine art photo book editing. She and Julie Hall are co-presidents of GriffinHall Productions, an agency that produces exceptional, full-service photography for entertainment, advertising, marketing, and publicity. Together, they have produced photography for major film studios and networks, including Sony, CNN, TNT, TBS, Cartoon Network, Turner Sports, a global automotive company, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Patricia Lanza BioPatricia Lanza is a curator, consultant and writer concentrating on the visual arts, particularly focused on the development and production of touring exhibitions. She began her career at the National Geographic Society in Washington DC, where she was a contract photographer for eight years. She was the Director of Talent and Content for the Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles from 2009 to 2017, producing twenty-one exhibitions garnering many awards.
